Great place to live!

The Meadows is a really great place to live! The clubhouse staff are fantastic, so friendly and kind (especially Deb!) The staff even host events through out the year such as fall fest, movie night and chili/beer tasting. The maintenance crew is the best, I swear they’re calling or knocking at your door minutes after you place the request. The gym, pool, and tennis court mean you’ll never be bored. The snow removal company is always on top of snow removal. We lived at the Meadows for a few years and don’t have anything negative to say!!

The best place to be as of now

I have been living in Meadows for more than 6 years. No complaints so far except there is no covered parking and in unit washer/dryer. But its ok. Best apartment community in Waukesha and very near to all the required stores. Highly recommend for families who want to stay in Waukesha.

Happy Home

I'm a current resident enjoying The Meadows quite a bit. It's a very dog-friendly community. They offer nice community activities to participate in and definitely made me feel welcome. The biggest thing for me is how quiet it is. I'm not sure if it's that the walls are soundproof, or that people are just conscientious. Either way, terrific place to live!

Wonderful place to live

I've lived in several different apartment communities, and by far The Meadows is the best I have ever seen. It's clean and the staff are very friendly and always available to assist. I've never had my apartment updated after move in, and since moving in less than two years ago I have had my patio and windows replaced, as well as the addition of a ceiling fan. Maintenance requests are always quickly answered, and the maintenance staff is very friendly as well. I've never had any issues with neighbors either. All around a great place. I wouldn't want to live in any other apartment!

Wonderful Apartments

My fiancé and I have been living at The Meadows for about 7 months or so we love it! The leasing staff are very nice and always eager to help in anyway. They are frequently making changes to the property as well to accommodate to the residents! I love living here and highly recommend it!

Lived here two different times and loved it!

The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. Anytime that I have needed maintenance it has been within the same or next business day! It is also pretty quiet even with how dog friendly it is. The grounds are always well maintained and the property manager is always updating the property. The only complaint I've had is the quality of the washers and dryers. Overall, I highly recommend The Meadows.

Great place to live!

We have loved living here for the past year and have signed to stay another year! We never thought we could like living in an apartment complex but the amenities and the wonderful maintenance and office staff make it worth it! Highly recommend!

Excellent property/Can't say enough good things!

Where to begin, can't say enough good things! Management is doing a great job!!!! Well maintained/beautiful grounds, quiet, staff is wonderful, maintenance fixes things immediately, and lots to do. Has the feel of it's own little community with so many things to do on the grounds. Highly recommend to anyone looking for an apartment in Waukesha.

Highly Recommend

I have been a resident at The Meadows for going on 9 years now and still love it. The amenities are plentiful and you can't beat the location - close enough to walk to many stores and close to bus lines and the freeway. The staff is awesome! Maintenance requests are done promptly and everyone is very professional. It's a great place for singles and families alike.
